The network is growing everyday.  Members are required to choose from among the many professional health care specialists available within our network. (A comprehensive directory is included with the membership kit.)

Note: If your current health care provider is not in our network, we can provide a form for your provider to request membership.

Our members pay for services according to a fee schedule for their particular area. There are no claim forms to be filled out by our members or their health care providers.
